Our commitment to Safe, Quality Care

At Country Kids Childcare we understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing and compliant environment for the children in our care. As registered childcare providers we follow the rules are regulations set out by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to ensure we meet the highest standards.

Or Policies and Procedures cover a wide range of areas, including Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Staff Conduct and more. They are designed to not only comply with the legal requirements but also provide a framework for best practices that promote the well-being and development of the children we care for.

We review and update our policies regularly to ensure they reflect any changes in legislation and continue to meet the needs of the children and families we serve.

Although we do not publish our Policies and Procedures online we are happy to provide families with a copy upon request.
